The company follows assembly line method of production and has a capacity of manufacturing 5,00,000 units / month in garments. The garmenting unit is equipped with modern machineries for all the processes including cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing. The entire production right from fabrics to finished product is managed in-house, to ensure that all specifications and quality requirements are met promptly and accurately. All production facilities availed by and available at GCC come under the strict supervision of our Quality Assurance Department. Process reinforcement is a constant and active exercise in GCC. An elaborate system to control and monitor all orders is done through an Order Management System, which tracks the status of each order in production.
